My computer shutdown unexpectedly, so I went to safe mode and disabled it. Didn't need to use your steps, But I'll keep them in mind.

All that needs to be done is clicking the button that says "Show processes for all users" and then click continue on the UAC dialogue box. Then you will be able to kill the chosen process.
