Well there are two ways to do that.
1 is CSS and 2 is JavaScript...
If you want it with javascript I will find a nice tut for you.

But with CSS it's easy as hell.
Just put this code somewhere inside your code.

CSS should be supported by every host, it's like HTML.
I'm sure the above code will work but, your wish is my command; javascript should it be.
