Am i normal or violent?
#1
I've spent 6 hours on something.

I've been extremely dedicated and VERY hard working.

I've never spent 6 hours straight on a project (not school) for myself.

But then it all got ruined.

Every... Single... Thing.

Got ruined. My 6 hours of work are gone...

The first thing i do is cry. (Is that normal?)

After 10 minutes of crying, i got angry and ripped my pillow in anger.

Am i violent? Is this considered very violent?

I do not do such things normally, i don't know what happened with me.

It made me angry like never before.

I would like to put your mind at ease a little bit. No I do not think you're a violent person although you may feel you are. I understand how angry you are for the fact that you spent 6 hours doing a project that probably meant a lot to you and it's now ruined. If you had taken your anger or frustration out on another person or animal, that would be considered violent but you didn't. Instead you turned to a pillow which is a meaningless object. Sometimes people get extremely frustrated which leads to crying and possibly breaking things. I have been there before. I have thrown things out of frustration but I have never been labeled as a violent person. Next time you get really angry or frustrated, try taking deep breaths and evaluating the situation before acting out. I hope this helped out a little bit.
