On the grey you need a vibrant color but not too bright otherwise it's a problem. Dark colors will not work.

I personally think the green theme needs to just be replaced with the lighter green. The current green theme has the text so dark it is occasionally difficult for me to read.
I do enjoy the blue theme as it is very bright and lively.
