Hi there! If anyone could help me find a free VPN that meets my needs I'd be extremely grateful. I've tried Spotflux, FoxxyVPN, HotSpot Shield, etc.
My only need is to have tons of IPs to choose from. That's it.
I don't care about extreme anonymity, I don't care about ads, I don't care about download speeds. I basically just want this to use as a proxy for a PROGRAM.
Any help would be extremely appreciated, thanks for reading.
