Yeah they are worth it, but wait for it to get a camera first, that will happen soon. It's better then having to carry around a DS or PSP to entertain your self.

That's a good point. I know one of the iPods just got a camera.

Considering you can get an LG Cookie for free on a £10/month contract which has pretty much all the features of an iPod touch and its a phone I would recommend one of these over the iPod touch.

I have a 8 Gig one and basically I use it as a remote for the music and videos stored on my comp. Apart from that use it to play Live Poker and Mafia Mars and a couple of other games. Nice piece of equipment. You don't really need a one with a big capacity unless you are looking to store media on the touch itself.

I have one with 16 gigabyte - 32 is too much imo.

I've had it jailbreaked at firmware 3.0 but upgraded to 3.1.1. Waiting to jailbreak for 3.1.1 Smile

It's definitely worth buying one, but I would get an iPhone 3G S instead.
