The live traffic feed is a bit outdated I feel. I'd put the adsense on the far right where the live traffic feed is I'd put categories or most popular posts or something. It looks super busy with the live traffic feed right next to the adsense.

I like it, and good idea with the adsense, then you always are making an extra couple bucks.
