Some people unable to access site

Many people I know have reported that they could not access my forum for some reason. Sometimes when they use a VPN or proxy, then can. I am just unable to fix this problem. Any suggestions?
I'm pretty sure its a server host or DNS problem, so I'll be contacting my host as well. |
