Seriously take our advice when we tell you to reduce the number of boards you have on the site. You have a freakin child card forum for god's sake. Remove all of them and start again. Put up no more than ten boards in total.

Don't add any more staff members than you currently have. SF is a million times bigger than your forum and only has one staff member also.

I wont, and i am managing my another forum in single more than a year!

FH has only one staff!

As stated above numerous times, removed some (if not most) of the forums and start over.
I'd say the most there should be is 10-15.

Also, why did you choose that name? IDK why, sounds awkward.
