Xmas Present Phone?? Refurb

I want to get my mom a new phone for Christmas because someone stole hers. She would need a CDMA kind and I would like it to be android. I also do not have much to spend so I'm looking for a bargain. (She says she doesn't care, but I know she was sad) I have $100 and the max I would spend is $150 (not including shipping). I found a couple phones in Google Shopping.

Samsung Behold II

LG Enlighten

HTC Droid Eris

Galaxy Prevail

I'm leaning towards the last one, but its hard for me to tell because I have a really nice phone. I am not set on any of these though, I just found them in a super quick search and now I am going to break it down and see what more I can discover. Suggestions?

Might sounds harsh but you could look for a second hand iPhone 3G.

yeah or go on ebay and find a cheap blackberry. I know it's not android but there great phones for cheap.
