Am I fat?
#1
Hey, Graveee here!

I am 14 years old, have a healthy diet etc.
But ever since about 3 months ago, around the time I started going on HackForums, I weighed 36 kg. I had weighed that much for about 2 years, surprisingly.

Anyway, it's now been 3 months since then and I weigh 46 KG, is it because I spend to much time on the computer or just growth (I have grown a fair bit)?

Thanks -G.

Being 14 years old and 46 KG kilo's is not fat in my opinion.

It's probably like you said, you have grown a fair bit.

since you're just sitting spending alot of time in front of your PC & Not being active then that will make you gain weight. But in your case it might have it's benifits. With growing & minor weight gain you can turn it into muscle by doing a couple simple push ups and sit ups everyday at least 10 of each set.

Absolutely not mate. Just make sure you exercise regularly.

I gained 25 pounds of muscle in 3 months when I was doing that p90x workout thing.
Weight isn't always a bad thing.

You aren't fat.
You're going through puberty.
Growing taller, and gaining weight.
You're fine, don't change anything.
