As far as the content goes, it looks a bit heaped together, but for the colors go it looks quite cool. You should try re-ordering the content though, it looks really messy.

You've got too many objects dotted around everywhere which makes it hard to navigate. The colour scheme looks great, you just need to work on the layout a lot.

Looks pretty good, but you might want to swap out the windows groupbox with something else since it is an ugly control. Try using Aeonhack's group box control without rounded edges.

Looks like a normal coders GUI (implying coders as general and not ones which do graphics ;) ), ugly.
The only good thing are the colours go well.
Maybe try separating parts by using tabs? It just looks soo unprofessional at its current state.

Colors and Background to me is what completes it. Looks incredibly easy and sexy to use.
