Also to applicants, the correct answer is: "You cannot properly answer this without having an exact situation with some sort of background. It could be a longtime member who is on the forum to contribute and just had 'one' troll thread or went through a phase. Or it could be a new member who obviously is here just to troll and not contribute..in this case straight permaban and posts deleted."
