I went to a Future Shop and asked if it's possible to buy a new graphics card for--

my Laptop. The worker said that you can't replace the graphics card in a Laptop. Is this true? Mine is getting a little annoying, it's from 2009.

majority of laptops wont as they come with an integrated chipset usually meant for movies and oldschool games...

unless you get a panasonic toughbook or a alienware dont think about replacing the graphics card. which at that point I wont think you will QQ

Yeah I don't think it will work out, desktops are better for graphics cards because they are bigger and easier to replace.

No you can't change the graphics card on a laptop, since all graphics is integrated into the motherboard.

Well usually, the graphics are integrated into the motherboard of the laptop.
In order to get new graphics, you would have to buy a new motherboard or just buy a new laptop.

This is why I prefer using desktops. =P
