Keep in mind, that is a truck, this is an Audi. Lamborghini parts are more expensive than Dodge RAM parts, and Audi's aren't quite a low end car either, just for the comparison.
Brand also determines the cost, since not all parts come from the same place. Some are shipped off from China for example, and some are made locally. Therefore area, also determines a bit of the cost.
