Hello, I will be your helper today. Sorry for the delay. Please make sure you don't make new threads on this, as it will just hinder the process and waste a helper's time.

Step 2:
Please download Malwarebytes' AntiMalware.

Double click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Please make sure you update the virus signature database before attempting a scan.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full Scan, then click Scan.
    The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart. Restart if it tells you to.

Step 1:
Combofix is a tool made to remove specific infections. Please make sure you only run it under directions of an helper.
Note: This step is optional. SupportForums does not yet have a set HJT staff, so all helpers here are currently untrained volunteers.

If you decide to run ComboFix, print out the following steps, and follow them accordingly:
  1. Download ComboFix from here
  2. Download and save it onto your desktop
  3. Reboot in safe mode. Read this if you do not know how.
  4. Make sure all windows and programs are closed
  5. Locate combofix on your desktop, and run it
  6. Accept the disclaimer, and wait
  7. Important! Do not touch the computer while combofix is running. Doing so may cause it to stall.
  8. Post the log file, located at your C:\


Step 2:
Please download Malwarebytes' AntiMalware.

Double click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Please make sure you update the virus signature database before attempting a scan.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full Scan, then click Scan.
    The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart. Restart if it tells you to.

EXplore_System135: I recommend you to delete "Ask Toolbar", it contains a lot of spyware and often installs stuff without your guidance.
