I've never smoked. So I don't really care but it doesn't seem like anything bad has ever happened because of it.

It should be legal, however to only those 18+

In my opinion it should be treated and sold the same as tobacco and alcohol.

If it was legal everyone would smoke and they would take the hell out of it to make it worth wild for them, im glad its illegal. I personally smoke everyday, but i don't abuse it like most people. Its a recrational type thing, just like some people like playing video games, drawing, walking, texting. It is just another hobby in my eyes.
