I like the last one, but I think it would look better if you took out one or two of the blue and green orbs.Also if you added a light source or something to keep the guys arms from blending into the background. Really like the text though

Some of the lighting spots on the fourth one look unnatural, but it looks good.

Way too much going on there, and the text on "Expo" is hardly readable. It's chaotic with no "True" focal point for the eye for a sure catcher. Try looking up the Golden Rectangle to help you out with placement and focal point.
