Users can give more than one reputation to another user, how do I fix this?

Go to your MYBB admin cp --> Configurations --> Reputation --> Allow Multiple Reputation -- > Click the "NO"

and that should do the work

I suggest allowing VIP's etc to be able to do it though.

I still wouldn't. Why would you want that? It would only lead to problems. You'd be better off just changing the max limit for amount of rep VIP's can give.

I guess I misinterpreted it, what i meant was higher the max limit they can give. Same thing you just said.

Set permissions in the ACP.
