If it's a legit account all you can do is wait for it to be resolved. If it's not getting fixed just phone them up and asking for some more information.

Yesterday, GoDaddy also took away 2 domains I had JUST bought. I asked them about it, and their reply was, "you'll have to renew it". Gah, I was so mad.

I didn't upload it to the site, I uploaded it to the ID thing because I didn't know what it was for.

Anyway I'm using this .100mb.com thing since I have no more money now.. and I have no idea how to use FTP Tongue
