Is it possible to download a Xbox 360 game from the computer to hard-drive then from hard-drive to Dvd + R (CD) Because I am wanting to do that but I don't know if I really can.. So can I?

I'm not sure I understood you right, but you can download a Xbox 360 game and burn it on a DVD+R Dual Layer, then play it on your Xbox 360 if it's flashed

If you have a JTAGGED Xbox 360 you can transfer the game from your PC to your Xbox via FTP and play it, without burning it on a DVD.

You can burn a .iso of a game to a DVD+R DL disc and play it on your xbox if your drive firmware is flashed.

You have to flash the firmware on your xbox. Look up some guides on se7ensins or google
