Hello everyone, I just got my unbuntu virtual box and I want to know how to customize it. Like, how can I get a sick theme,gadgets, wallpaper, etc...

Gnome-Look has many GNOME themes for you to try out. You can also look into Compiz, and tools such as Cairo-Dock to make your desktop personal. Also, you can't forget Ubuntu Tweak, that's a must have for Ubuntu.
