The Opinion Surveys and Giveusyour2Cents glitch works on CashCrate. First of all, navigate to Earn Cash>Surveys. Click on both Opinion Surveys and GiveUsYour2Cents. Wait for about 2 min. Then change the:

pgtid=19

in the URL to

pgtid=23

Keep the tabs open for about 20 min, and you should get credit! I make $1.60 each day by this.
