Keep getting "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank. Please use a different card or other form of payment."

Used my debit card and Paypal's card. Both have money in them. Grr...

The page says the key is good for up to 3 PC's and it's a one-year license. Not too bad. I will probably be on Win7 by then.
