I made a website with google, Sites.google.com and I want to know how to make it a .com, and if there is a better site-creating website to use (For a business)

I think if you have a ftp account with google, I'm sure you can get your site files, buy a host, and buy a domain, and then transfer your site files to your new host ftp account.

You can also buy hosting there or go for a free host.

Then post your dns to the nameservers of the host.

For a free host, try out byethost.com, also don't buy from godaddy.

It's a bit harder than that actually, transferring site files can be a pain in the butt... just putting that out there.

For my forums, when I moved from my free host to a paid host it took nearly 1 hour to get my files moved.

If you have FTP access to all of the files within the public_html folder then download them from your google site then re-upload to your new .com Smile
