I Get This Error When Installing Shoutbox 1.1.3!

Since this is the newest version of the shoutbox I have no idea what is wrong. Heres the error message.

Now this is what happened just right after I got done installing the shoutbox 1.1.3. What do you guys recommend me to do? PLEASE HELP

The error can be caused by having a space before or after PHP tags (<?php and ?>).

I would check the following:
The config or install file is most likely where the issue is.

On a side note I would also check:
/home/chronixs/public_html/forums/admin/applications_addon/other/shoutbox/sources/classes/library.php
/home/chronixs/public_html/forums/admin/sources/classes/output/formats/html/htmlOutput.php

Im pretty sure its nots the installation file being the issure because I tried 2 different 1.1.3 shoutboxes to install to see if it was that problem.I really don;t get what to do. THis is frusturating
