If you can't connect you might got a Firewall problem. Do you got MalwareByte's installed?

Even though your account is closed sadly, MalwareBytes isn't the only AV that can restrict access to a website. But that's a thought, try running your computer in clean mode by setting the boot options. Make sure none of your programs load up except the necessary OS system services required for running your machine, and then try to connect to your url. If you can get on, chances are one of your AV's might be restricting access to the host. Just something to try out.
