it's basically not having enough blood flow (most apparent on the extremities) and the probable cause of that being that you're bleeding somewhere Smile that's the simplest that i could think of...hope it helps a bit

To hemorrhage means to bleed profusely. Perfusion is the act of transferring nutrients from the blood to tissue. Shock occurs when perfusion is not occurring at an acceptable rate.

Put it all together and hemorrhagic shock is the state of perfusion being hampered due to sheer blood loss.
