I was thinking to invest it into the web hosting company I want to set up soon.

Is it wrong? I feel bad.

Don't feel guilty, there is nothing to feel guilty about. If you feel like donating some to charity, donate 1% at the most. Don't let your money slip through your fingers because of an error of judgment. Invest it into something safe and boring until you know exactly what you want to spend it on. Try to get a good but safe ROI with anything you buy.

Buy some Apple stocks. That's a guaranteed success.

Starting a webhosting company is risky, because there are too many competitors.

Oh and... you shouldn't feel bad about it. I bet your grandma would be happy to see you being such successful because of her money and your effort.
