First of all would be Tupac, the only one born with real Talent for expressing the thoughts and views.
Besides him, Bone Thugs~N~Harmony, they are all awesome rappers, their lyrics bang and their art of rapping represents the Harmony in their name.
Karyzie and Layzie Bone are imo the 2 best from the group.

Wiz Kahlifa kicks ass with his Lyrics and Beats, he's simply awesome...
My list is big, there are alot of good artists, so I'll just post names... (active and inactive)

Ice Cube, Nas, Nate Dogg, Warren G, Twista, WC, Mack 10, Proof (R.I.P), Method Man, Red Man, ODB (R.I.P), Rappin 4 Tay.... and few more, can't remember now.
