direct refferal help ????

Hey guys im currently a member of neobux and onbux and im having trouble getting direct refferals.I have tried various different trafficing sites and also have a video on youtube.All of these sites claim to get you direct refferals fast for free but in my experience iv had to either sit there for hours clicking ads to get points for the traffic or actually buy credits to use.

i Know quite a few guys here are clued up on it or come from hackforums with a few tricks up their sleeves.

would anybody be able to maybe share some tips and tricks to help me out abit.
