Anon, did you do it in photoshop, or what? I saw some website on duncsweb.com a week ago that was apparently really easy to use and could make badass layouts.

Naw, that's Gimp my friend. I always do wallpapers from scratch; no images or anything added. I do however get my brushes from Deviant Art.
