No, your HJT log doesn't show anything that I've noticed was a virus.
As for the POP3, that is what's used when you go through your email using POP, which is used my MSoutlook, browsers, etc. It's a webmail transfer protocol. You seem fine, especially if it was coming from the same IP, lol. People don't get your email using pop3 and a virus(Not that I've ever heard of..)
I'm confused as to how someone was sending emails, but I'm not sure...Are you positive emails were sent out? did you check your sent mail?
