They don't actually look alike. One is yellow the other is black.

If you compare the two links, read the forum descriptions, and even the ficons. If you look at the page source and type in 'gamingbay' you'll see a link - one of the ficons from my forum is stolen and put into theirs.

It could be a real problem if it continues though.
Duplicate content can be a problem. Especially if its like every thread.
I would start giving him some greif mate.
Notify his host of this infringment and i am sure they will deal with it.
But first take screen shots of your posts and make sure to include the post date in the image.
Then his showing there just duping your content.
Really mate. Act on this. It could really cause you problems down the track. SEO wise i mean.

You have shown that content is being duplicated. So if you want to do a mass complaint from multiple people let me know via PM.
I will certainly back you up on this.
