Vuze and GoDaddy are crap. HostGator is crap but less so.

SupportForums is hosted on DreamHost, which I'm also with. They're awesome.

Use godaddy for the host and MyBB. Done. Or you could go the easier way, and trust the poster.

Try Stylized Minds, I can vouch for them seeing as I work on their customer support team.

Well, I run my website on vaioweb.com. It's lame, I know, but it was the only host that accepted Moneybookers (which, unlike paypal, supports Lebanon).

They're alright, uptime is nice, speed is nice as well. I wouldn't recommend them if you're serious about the forums, and expecting a whole lot of traffic. But it's perfect for a portfolio, a simple website, etc...
