How do you deal with grief from the loss of someone you loved?

First few weeks would be hard though. But after that it would be easier. Time heals every wound.

Cry a lot and a lot.

Visit their grave and say what all you want to say.
Share your thoughts with everyone possible,including supportforums.

Find someone to talk to about it sometimes I just forget about them because every time I remember them it just hurts me more Sad

Usually the more I talk to other people the more easily I get over things, other people are the opposite.

Yeah, my family, we are kind of IMMORTAL, I mean no joke, no body close dies that often unless they are 90+... Really strange but interesting. But I would go crazy and be in serious emotional pain if someone passed away

I usually get care from my family and friends. I also do my best to not get angry. I also promise to myself that I will never forget them. Ever.

Well last time any one close to me has died was back in 4th grade where my best friend died. I wasn't sure what to do so I just thought that he was in a better place now and he could RIP.
