You forgot to mention that you need to select "Custom Production Settings" after clicking on Produce & Share.

Good tutorial anyway.

Bad tut. It can be done far easier. Sorry but it can.
I will post a how to shortly.
And its a bad how to tut anyway. Sure its a vid. But IMHO is lacks the detail needed for a good tut.
