I don't think it will be possible to be the last, Omni will sell it and move on (eventually) and then the forum will slowly come to a hault, when it finally stops it will die for a little while. Until someone comes back and says "is anyone there", which will repeat and repeat and repeat.
Or it could go in the complete opposite direction and just keep chugging along like a monster and eventually BE the internet.
However way, I don't think anyone will be the last besides the admin before they take the site down.
