I really don't think that anyone that posted for legal advice will be caught doing so here. So long as you keep certain things, such as the company name, out of it, they won't be able to find it. People don't post here using their real names.

I'm the first person to tell you to actually go get a lawyer if you are in a situation that needs one, but will also give you a little bit of advice to hold you over until you sit down with one. Most people here understand that there are certain things that will absolutely need a lawyer and advice on a forum will do nothing for. But, people will always have trademark, patent, and copyright questions. Those are the biggest ones for people especially when it comes to running a website.
