There is no "do this right and you're a mod" situation. So there is nothing I can do to help you. I choose the moderators and it's based on my own judgement of who is most qualified. Even if you are qualified...someone else might be a better candidate. Not everyone can be moderators.
Ya know...I can't ever recall asking someone to be a moderator that begged me to be one. It's normally the low-key members that just want to be helpful to other members that get chosen. IBF knows what's up.
