I guess all i have to do is get motivated to do all this
When I exercise I motivate myself by offering a reward after I'm done.
Examples would be;
I can only play video games after I've done 50 push ups.
I can only eat a candy-bar after I've done 50 sit ups.
I can only watch TV after I've ran 1 mile.
