It's pretty normal, though I'm not sure about feeling 'crap'... I do it like twice a day and don't feel crap, but for a little bit after fapping I will feel mellow as you described. It doesn't last that long before I'm back to normal and getting horny again, lol.

Ha, I am kind of the same way, however like you said, I usually don't feel like "crap" about it.

@OP, The only way I could figure out why you could be feeling like crap is because, well your wankin' to just porn and not actually having sex with a girl or maybe a guy. I know a few people who would be rather doing something with someone they like, but all they have is porn to and it makes them feel kinda bad. However just don't let it bother you that much.

Another reason why you could be feeling like "crap" is, well what some people said above, that your releasing a huge amount of testosterone when you wank. Think of it as a shugar high. You eat so much sugar and feel like you can fly, but after all its through your system you just want to crash. This is basically the same thing, your body is so "high" on the hormone racing through your body when your wankin, and when you blow your kinda crash.

Anyways, its normal and you should not have to worry about anything unless it causes you to become depressed.
