what's a simple wiki to use that's feature rich and has a nice look?

I'm new to the wiki world and would like to set 1 up for a site I manage.

I tried dokuwiki and mediawiki..didn't like either.

has to be php/mysql.

Do you mean Wiki Software?

I would recommend using MediaWiki.

Or you can use WetPaint.

I ended up using bit weaver..easier GUI and layout than mediawiki, imho.
