D: So stuck!
#1
The questions is:

Circular biscuits, each with an area of 78.5CM^2 are baked on a rectangular tray 100X80CM. What is the maxium number of bsicuits that can be baked, like this, on one tray?

Answer:

R = SQRT A/Pi
R = SQRT 78.5/3.14
R = SQRT 25
R = 5
D = R*2 = 5*2 = 10
80/10 = 8*10
=80
