Wireless Support Help Please :S
#1
Well, for some reason Windows 7 wont let me connect to the internet wirelessly; it keeps saying it's full 5 star connectivity range.. but wont connect. The key we have to access it is a WAP key; but there isn't a WAP option in the Network Security menu? It only has WEP. That's why I am assuming it's not connecting, because it doesn't have a WEP key, just a WAP key.

Can anyone help? Does anyone know how to use a WAP Key instead of a WEP key? It only has WAP-Personal etc.. which is some random weird types.

Help would be appreciated. Smile
Thanks.

No it's not; it's to do with Windows 7 and it not letting me get access to the router.

So your router does it broadcast its identity its self? By that i mean

Also do you have the option to make a Passphrase?

If you do make the Passphrase and then hopefully your ok.
