I found a really good video tut on what current pen testers use to learn, and NO its not mine, I found it on another site, but I dont remember the op, or if the poster was the original op, but ill be posting it up. Enjoy

the video itself is slightly over 3 gigs in size, I havent been able to see the entire volume set yet, but its fairly long
