A kid, dressed as a super hero gets a video uploaded to youtube of him standing up, and fighting, a bunch of tough guys mugging someone. This video inspires many other people to dress up and become vigilantes.
Looks pretty funny.
Remember, they can't fly, but they can kick your ass.
