Why not to give kvchosting.net and their Enterprise SSD VPS a try?
Both upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and the features are standard but very well supported.

I guess plans which hostingsource.com and legionbox.com provide are worth your attention.
They are VERY reliable and whenever I have had a problem - they solved it. Pricing is good to say the least.

You need to settle for a reliable host that charges a reasonably high rate and offers good service.
Try to look at Centohost.com and their VPS deals. Their stability, reliability and reputation go outside the bounds in every aspect of the question.
