I've been with hostingsource.com for just under a year...their support is good, they always respond within a few hours, and often within a few minutes.
Their servers are pretty good, and they have a support forum too. Reasonably priced and well supported.

Well, libertyvps.net is right up there, no doubts, one of the best shared host for the money.
No Dreamy response and no harsh exchanges, just smart work. It's my recommendation for everyone.
