I have no technical knowledge therefore can not say anything about Libertyvps.net servers, network. However, I can say something about the people - the owner of the host and the members of their support team and nice gentlemen and very friendly. They accept bitcoins which is nice.

I must say that Libertyvps.net is an excellent offshore provider. Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus! Rock solid control panel.
